1. How do you envision using art in your classroom?
I envision using are art in my classroom definitely in the color schemes I choose for decorations whether that be my drapes or even lamp shades. Art will also be apart of my bulletin boards that I design and create. Art will be used when I am teaching lessons such as if I have them write a story I will have them to illustrate as well or other arts and crafts that will be used in teaching other lessons.
2. What do you know about integrated learning / integration?
I know that integrated learning has to do with incorporating different areas together when teaching such as singing a song that has to do with the science topic you are teaching or having your students write a story having to do with a math problem they were asked to solve.
3. Rate your comfort level in making art, and discuss.

I chose a 3 meaning I am not deathly afraid to do it but I am not to sure that I really enjoy doing it. I also think I haven't been asked to make art recently so it should be a good challenge.

I chose a 4 meaning I feel like I will be able to read up on how to analyze art which makes me more comfortable as opposed to making art, which seems like more skill is need.

1. How do you envision using art in your classroom?
I definitely know I want art in my classroom. I see myself doing different projects that assist themselves well to what ever lessons I may be planning. I also would love to have my students make things that can be used to decorate my classroom.
2. What do you know about integrated learning / integration?
Integrated learning/integration is when you are able to fuse different subjects together to teach different things. You may teach the class a song to help them remember something, make a craft that goes along with a lesson in Social Studies, etc. Integration helps to tie everything together.
3. Rate your comfort level in making art, and discuss.

I am comfortable making art. I feel that everyone is different and has different abilities and you need to be aware with who you are. I enjoyed making most of our projects and some I would venture to say were frustrating, but i'm always ready to do my best at it.
